Continued up to the pass at 3765 meters on gentle dirt road, then down to La Encañada (42km on dirt to Encañada). They are working on this downward stretch and it may be paved soon. Lots of beautiful families taking their milk to the Nestle "milk cooling station" by donkey. Beautiful paved road from Encañada down to Cajamarca (a few small climbs).
