We only rode 14 miles, but it just killed us. And we took a pickup this time across the two deep canyons between Quiché and Chichicastenango (we rode them last time). We just thought discretion was the better part of valor. Even so, the canyon after Chichi and the climb following it just kicked our ****. It's steep! Maybe it had something to do with a big day yesterday too.
