June 27, 2008: KM37 past Mendéz to Palmas, Ecuador
Still brutal climbing, even though there were downhills involved. We got a ride from the lowest point in a truck for 15km up (which was 700 meters). We were whooped anyway. There was about 25km of dirt on this. Some of it rough, but not really too bad, except the big climbs.
